House and Senate Democratic leaders continue to determine聽support in their chambers for moving health care legislation by聽using the budget reconciliation process, which would allow the measure聽to be approved in the Senate by 51 votes rather than a聽filibuster-proof 60 vote margin.聽 President Obama is expected聽to announce some changes to聽the health care plan he unveiled last week that is hoped to bring more support for the package.
