Courtroom Clash: Health Care Companies, Iowa Officials Spar Over State's Medicaid Privatization Plan
Three companies on Thursday asked a judge to suspend or terminate Iowa鈥檚 plan to privatize Medicaid management, one saying Gov. Terry Branstad鈥檚 plan is so ill-conceived it should be treated like a "cancer."
