Expanding Access To Drug Treatment A Struggle In New Hampshire
Roughly 40 people are waiting for drug addiction treatment at Serenity Place, a center in Manchester [N.H.] with just eight available beds. Serenity Place's efforts to expand in recent years have been held up by non-responsive landlords and unfriendly neighbors.
