Justice Subpoenas 2 Dialysis Chains And Charity Over Premium Assistance To Patients
The nation鈥檚 two largest dialysis chains, Fresenius and DaVita, said on Friday that they had received subpoenas from the Justice Department for information about their relationship to a charity that provides assistance paying the insurance premiums of needy patients.
