On World AIDS Day, U.S. Progress Reports Are Mixed
The HIV diagnosis rate dropped about 33 percent over a decade, from 24.1 per 100,000 population in 2002 to 16.1 per 100,000 in 2011. That's according to a recent analysis from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, which found significant decreases in diagnosis rates for most demographics, ...
