The rate of abortions in the U.S. has reached “historic lows” after dropping by double-digits over the last decade, according to a new government report. The number of abortions in the United States has fallen to its lowest point in a decade, with the greatest drop among teenagers, according to a new report from the CDC. Just over 730,300 abortions were performed in 2011, a 5 percent decrease from the year before.
